  • Kubernetes Cluster Management via UI: You can now deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters directly from the Hyperstack Console. For full documentation and how-to guides, click here.

    New UI capabilities include:

    • Kubernetes Tab: Added the Kubernetes Clusters page in the Hyperstack Console. This page displays information about your clusters at a glance and includes a Deploy a New Cluster button for launching new clusters.
    • Cluster Deployment: A step-by-step wizard makes it quick and easy to create clusters. Learn more.
    • Cluster Overview Page: View key cluster details such as status, configuration, and resource usage. Learn more.
    • Cluster Nodes Management: Inspect all nodes in your cluster, view their roles and status, and scale the number of worker nodes as needed. Learn more.
    • Access Kubeconfig: Retrieve the Kubeconfig YAML file for your clusters within the UI. Learn more.
    • Cluster Events Log: Track all cluster activity with detailed event logs, including timestamps, event types, and descriptions. Learn more.

  • Master Flavors API: Introduced an API to retrieve the list of compatible CPU-only flavors for master nodes during Kubernetes cluster deployment. Learn more.

Fixes & Improvements​

  • Improved Cluster Stability: Cluster and node status handling has been refined for more stable and consistent creation, scaling, and deletion.
  • Improved Cluster Billing: Cluster billing information now better reflects actual usage, including proper handling of contract-based pricing and zero-cost master nodes.
  • New Documentation Domain: All documentation links now point to docs.hyperstack.cloud, replacing the previous domain.
  • Flavor Features & Restrictions Icons: During VM and cluster deployment, flavors now display icons indicating features and restrictions such as network optimization, snapshots, and hibernation. Learn more.

  • Stripe Payment Update: Starting April 1, taxes will be collected on payments for Hyperstack accounts with billing addresses in the UK and Canada. Learn more.

    • Detailed and Compliant Receipts: Receipts now include complete payment and tax information. They are emailed and available for download in the Billing section within Hyperstack.

  • Fixed: A bug that caused some provisioning profile settings not to be saved during VM deployment.

      • Retrieve Cluster Nodes: Retrieves detailed information about the nodes in a specified Kubernetes cluster.
      • Create Cluster Nodes: Adds one or more nodes to an existing Kubernetes cluster.
      • Delete Cluster Node: Removes a node from a specified Kubernetes cluster.

  • Fixed: Bug that caused email addresses to be case-sensitive during login.
  • Cluster Stability Enhancements: Improved stability and resolved issues with cluster and node creation and deletion.

    • Environments created in these regions will also display this label.
